Shipping and returns


Products are handmade in small batches and may take up to 3-5 business days for processing. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude national holidays. Processing begins the following business day AFTER your order has been placed. Bear in mind, processing time may take an extra day or two during peak periods such as holiday season/sales.

Once shipped, all orders are scheduled to arrive within 2-4 business days. Please note that all shipping times are merely an estimate but you may track your order any time via the selected shipping carriers website.

Skin by Moss, LLC will not be held responsible for the following; Issues regarding PO Boxes, errors made by the shipping carrier, wrong addresses provided by customers and/or incorrect items purchased by customers at checkout.


We are currently unable to accept returns, exchanges or store credit requests. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please write us so that we may determine a way to best resolve the issue. 

Remember, some of our products contain natural butters and oils which may cause for them to melt in warm environments. Melted does not signify that the product is damaged or faulty.
