We do not offer international shipping at the moment. We only ship within the United States.
YES! Butters will be butters & melted is NOT damaged. Butters may melt during transit or in high temperatures which may cause for it to lose its original consistency. However, your butter will work just the same but to restore some texture.. simply place it in the fridge!
We do not accept order cancellations. However, we will allow edits to any order just as long as it has not been shipped. Order adjustments include; the wrong item or product quantity.

In the case that your package arrived damaged, please contact us ASAP so that we may file a claim on your behalf.
Once the claim is approved by the shipping carrier, a replacement package will be sent. If the product ordered is no longer available, store credit will be issued.
We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as "Delivered". As we would now be considered a third party and will only have the same delivery information that is visible to the customer. If your package is lost or missing, we suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier directly.
