FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We do not offer international shipping at the moment. We currently only ship within the United States.
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude national holidays. All orders begin processing the following business day after your order has been placed. Shipping is via UPS and expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. Processing and shipping times do not include major holidays and weekends.
Tracking information is sent via your preferred contact method and you may track your order via the shipping carriers website. Please note that all shipping times are merely an estimate.
Once your package has left our facility and have been received by the Shipping Courier, we are no longer responsible. As we would now be considered a third party and will only have the same delivery information that is visible to you, the customer. If your package is lost or missing, we suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier directly.
Do to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do not accept order cancellations. However, we may allow edits to your order just as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
Butters will be butters & melted is NOT damaged. Butters may melt during transit or in high temperatures which may cause for it to separate and lose its original consistency. To avoid ingredients from separating, we recommend keeping your butter stored in a cool, dry area.
